Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Defrosted Frozen Corn
  • ½ cup Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Green Onions - Chopped - Divided
  • 1 cup Coarsely Grated Swiss Cheese - Divided

Directions

1. Mix all above ingredients together, reserving half the onions and half the cheese to place on top of the casserole. Place mixture in oven proof dish, place remaining cheese and onions on top of mixture.
2. Bake for 45 minutes at 375F degrees.

This recipe was lost, and no other relatives had a copy, so I made this recipe up from memory, tweaking here and there. Its still not quite right, but its fairly close.
