Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Vegatable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups Flour
Directions
1. Blend softened butter together with sugars. |
2. Beat in Eggs, Vanilla and oil. |
3. Sift together Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Salt and Flour and blend into the butter mixture. |
4. Chill. Roll into balls and layout on cookie sheet, press with glass dipped in sugar. |
5. Bake in 350℉ oven for 15 minutes. |
